FAQ

What is Enzyme Seasoning and how it can help you?

Enzyme Seasoning is a digestive aid that helps prevent gas, bloating, and diarrhea by digesting complex carbohydrates found in foods like garlic, beans, vegetables, and dairy. It contains natural digestive enzymes that make eating your favorite foods more enjoyable without any discomfort. So go ahead and sprinkle it on your food to enjoy your meals without any worries.

Which foods does Enzyme Seasoning digest best?

Enzyme Seasoning helps you digest complex carbohydrates such as fructan, GOS, and Lactose*.
Enzyme Seasoning works best with foods as follows:

Vegetables: garlic, onions, scallion, leeks, chives, broccoli, brussels sprouts, artichokes, beetroot, baby spinach, zucchini, peas, cherry tomatoes;

Legumes and grains: beans, lentils, chickpeas, soybeans, silken tofu, wheat;

Dairy: cheese, yogurt, cream sauce, butter;

Fruits and nuts: banana, figs, blueberries, dates, almonds, cashews, cranberries, raspberries, grapefruit, pomegranate*.

How do I use the enzyme seasoning?

1. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon evenly on food just before eating.

2.Mix well to evenly distribute enzymes in your meal.

3. If eating continues after 30 minutes, add an extra dose by following step 1 & 2 again.

Avoid adding enzyme seasoning to very hot food, as enzymes lose effectiveness above 131°F / 55°C.

Is this product suitable for everyone?

Enzyme Seasoning is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Although it does not specifically target any particular health condition, it aids in the breakdown of fermentable fibers such as fructan, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), and lactose. If you have food sensitivities related to these fibers, you may want to consider incorporating Enzyme Seasoning into your gut-health routine after consulting with your doctor.

How often should an Enzyme Seasoning be used?

Enzyme Seasoning can be incorporated into your daily diet whenever you consume foods that are high in FODMAPs. You can follow the package guidelines and use it for every meal. However, if you have any doubts, it is always recommended to consult with a medical professional.

What does Enzyme Seasoning taste like?

Enzyme seasoning is designed to preserve the natural texture of food and doesn't add any distinct flavor. Those with sensitive taste buds may detect a slight sweetness. So, enjoy the authentic taste of your favorite dishes with Enzyme Seasoning!

Why does Enzyme Seasoning come in a form of a powder?

For enzymes to function effectively in breaking down fructan and other food components, they need to mix well with your food. Simply popping an enzyme pill or capsule does not allow it to blend properly with your food, leading to a less efficient breakdown process. Therefore, it is vital to ensure that your food and enzymes blend well, and our powdered formula is specifically designed to facilitate this process.
